Job Description

1. Plan and Execute Paid Campaigns

Platforms: Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, LinkedIn, Amazon, etc.
Formats: Search ads, display ads, video ads, shopping ads, remarketing, etc.
Email/SMS performance tracking

2. Target the Right Audiences

Use data to define and segment customer groups
Set up custom audiences, lookalike audiences, retargeting

3. Optimize Campaigns Daily

Track CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS
A/B test ad creatives, copy, landing pages
Adjust budgets and bids based on performance

4. Track Performance Metrics

Set up and monitor KPIs using tools like:

o Google Analytics
o Meta Ads Manager

5. Work with Content, Design & Sales Teams

Align creative with conversion goals
Ensure landing pages and CTAs are optimized
