Key responsibilities:

• Plan and manage paid campaigns across

  Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and YouTube.

• Optimise campaigns for

  ROAS, CTR, CPC, and conversions.

• Set up and monitor

  UTM parameters

  and

  GA4 tracking

  for performance measurement.
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to align campaigns with brand goals.
• Run

  A/B tests

  to identify high-performing creatives and audiences.
• Build and manage remarketing funnels to re-engage potential customers.
• Analyse data, generate insights, and prepare

  weekly/monthly performance reports.

• Explore and implement new digital growth opportunities and tools.

Requirement

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

2. 3+ years of hands-on experience

   managing paid media campaigns.
3. Strong command over

   Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, and Tag Manager.

4. Experience in the

   hospitality, travel, or D2C sector

   preferred.
5. Analytical mindset with comfort in data-driven decision-making.
6. Creative thinker with an eye for design and audience behaviour.
7. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
