Performance Marketer / Ads Specialist

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer / Ads Specialist who can plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in running ads, generating leads, and improving ROI through data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Plan, create, and manage paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads
• Optimize campaigns for leads, conversions, and sales
• Perform audience targeting, retargeting, and A/B testing
• Monitor daily ad performance, budgets, and KPIs
• Create ad copies and coordinate with designers for creatives
• Track performance using analytics tools and prepare reports
• Improve cost per lead, click-through rate, and conversion rate
• Stay updated with ad platform trends and policy changes

Required Skills & Qualifications :

• Proven experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads
• Strong understanding of performance marketing and funnels
• Experience with lead generation and conversion campaigns
• Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns
• Basic knowledge of landing pages and tracking pixels
• Familiarity with analytics tools like Meta Ads Manager and Google Analytics
• Good communication and reporting skills

Preferred :

• Experience with e-commerce or service-based businesses
• Knowledge of remarketing strategies
• Basic copywriting understanding
• Experience managing ad budgets

Experience Required :

• Minimum 1–3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing
