Job Description

Leading the design, development, and execution of performance test plans and test cases

8+ years of experience in LoadRunner tool

Overseeing the analysis of performance test results to identify issues and areas for improvement

Working with development, DevOps, and data engineering teams to implement performance improvements

Developing and maintaining automated performance testing scripts using LoadRunner tool

Managing the Perf test team and monitoring other testers

Communicating the performance testing process and status to project team members and the test manager

Preparing and publishing daily and weekly status reports
