Performance Excellence Specialist

As a Manufacturing Process Improvement Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving operational efficiency, process enhancement, and performance optimization within the manufacturing areas. Your primary focus will be on implementing initiatives that align with best practices such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Total Quality Management (TQM) principles to boost productivity, minimize waste, and ensure consistent product quality. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading and supporting continuous improvement projects throughout the factory - Analyzing production processes, identifying inefficiencies, and proposing data-driven solutions for performance enhancement - Facilitating kaizen events, value stream mapping, root cause analysis (RCA), and other problem-solving activities - Developing, monitoring, and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate factory performance and improvement efforts - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to standardize best practices across various departments - Providing training and coaching to employees and leaders on performance excellence tools and techniques - Promoting a culture of excellence through effective change management strategies To qualify for this role, you should have: - A Graduate/Post-Graduate degree in Chemical, Electrical/Electronics, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field - Over 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment, with a focus on continuous improvement - Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification (Black Belt preferred) - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in data visualization and analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, Minitab, etc. - Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across different levels of the organization - Working knowledge of manufacturing systems, safety protocols, and quality systems - Familiarity with various lean tools, including vaTPM, 5S, and hands-on experience in digital transformation initiatives within manufacturing is advantageous You will be an integral part of embedding a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence within the plant, contributing significantly to the overall success of the manufacturing operations.,
