Performance and Content Manager

If you are someone who knows how social media truly works, how ads convert, how brands grow organically, and how content and numbers work together, then this is for you.

Your Role

You'll manage performance and content for multiple brands. You'll plan, create, analyze, and scale. Every decision you make should be backed by insight and driven by creativity.

What you'll do

• Create and execute

  performance marketing campaigns

  across Meta and Google
• Track results daily, analyze data, and optimize campaigns for higher ROI
• Build

  content calendars

  for multiple brands across industries and markets
• Grow followers organically through strong strategy, not shortcuts
• Create original and engaging content ideas that connect emotionally and perform strategically
• Understand and use the right

  posting times, trends, and formats

  for maximum visibility
• Run A/B testing to improve content performance and ad creative effectiveness
• Coordinate with

  designers and content creators

  to ensure creative alignment
• Manage and grow

  Shopify-based e-commerce campaigns

  , building catalogs and tracking results
• Apply

  SEO and advanced SEO practices

  to increase organic traffic and visibility
• Engage with brand communities, reply to comments, and monitor engagement quality
• Use insights, analytics, and trends to guide both content and ad strategy
• Stay updated with

  the latest AI and marketing tools

  , using them to enhance productivity, not replace originality

What we're looking for

• Minimum

  23 years of experience in a marketing agency

  managing multiple client accounts
• Strong knowledge of both

  performance marketing

  (Meta, Google) and

  content marketing

• Proven experience in

  organic growth

  , community building, and follower engagement
• Hands-on understanding of

  ad tracking, pixels, analytics, and conversion optimization

• Basic understanding of

  Shopify, website traffic tracking, and SEO

• Confident writing ability and understanding of tone, voice, and brand communication
• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams (design, social, strategy)
• Excellent analytical skills ability to turn data into decisions
