Job Description

As a Creative Head / Creative Director at our fast-growing performance marketing agency in Jaipur, your role is crucial in shaping the creative direction for all client campaigns. Your primary responsibilities include: - **Creative Strategy & Leadership:** - Develop the creative vision for D2C brand campaigns on Meta, Google, and other paid platforms. - Conceptualize ad campaigns, storyboards, and content pillars for performance marketing. - Transform brand positioning into compelling, conversion-focused ad concepts. - **Content & Creative Production:** - Create ad copies, video scripts, and creative frameworks for various funnel stages. - Collaborate with designers, video editors, and UGC creators for production. - Ensure all creatives adhere to platform guidelines for maximum impact. - **Creative Performance Optimization:** - Analyze creative performance metrics such as CTR, Engagement, and ROAS impact. - Conduct continuous testing of new hooks, ad formats, and storytelling angles. - Establish a structured Creative Testing System within the agency. - **Team Management & Collaboration:** - Lead and mentor a team of copywriters, designers, and video editors. - Work closely with Performance Marketers to align creatives with data insights. - Manage multiple client accounts and ensure timely delivery. - **Brand Storytelling & Positioning:** - Develop campaigns that not only drive sales but also enhance brand recall. - Stay updated on consumer psychology, industry trends, and competitor strategies. **Requirements & Qualifications:** - 3+ years of experience in creative direction, ad copywriting, or brand storytelling, with a minimum of 2 years in D2C brands/agencies. - Demonstrable portfolio showcasing high-performing ad creatives on various platforms. - Profound understanding of consumer psychology and digital storytelling. - Proficiency in managing creative professionals and utilizing creative tools. - Familiarity with Adobe Suite, Canva, Figma, and UGC workflow. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. Please ensure you meet the following requirements before applying: - Minimum 3 years of experience in creative direction, ad copywriting, or brand storytelling. - At least 2 years of experience in a D2C or Performance Marketing agency/brand setup. - Experience in building or working on a creative testing system. - Previous experience in managing a team of designers, video editors, or copywriters.
