We are opening a new role for a Creative Operations Manager to act as the operational backbone of our performance creative team.
This role ensures smooth, high-velocity execution across creative ideation, production, iteration, and delivery for paid ads. You will enable our creative engine to operate with speed, clarity, and accountability, ensuring that great ideas turn into live ads—fast.
You will be the connective layer between:
- Growth & media buying
- Video editors / creative production
- Systems, workflows, and reporting
This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of structure and performance creativity—a hybrid operator who understands how ads work and how teams execute at scale.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Operations & Workflow Ownership
- Own the end-to-end creative workflow with a team of video editors and graphic designers for performance ads: brief → production → approval → delivery
- Manage creative intake, prioritization, and resourcing in ClickUp, ensuring every request is clear, actionable, and trackable
Convert ad ideas & angles into:
- Clear briefs
- Shot lists
- Video structures
Production & Team Management
- Manage and coordinate video editors (remote/in-house) to ensure timely, high-quality output
- Assign work, track progress, and enforce deadlines and revision limits
- Review creatives for performance relevance (hooks, pacing, structure), not aesthetics
Performance-Creative Alignment
- Work closely with media buyers and growth operators to:
- Translate performance insights into new creative iterations
- Improve testing velocity and learning loops
- Understand why creatives win or lose based on data, not opinion
- Support rapid experimentation while maintaining operational discipline
Systems, Tracking & Reporting
- Own creative task hygiene, time tracking, and delivery tracking in ClickUp
- Maintain creative tracking sheets / dashboards as the single source of truth
- Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and resourcing gaps before they impact output
- Continuously refine SOPs and workflows as volume scales
Mandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
You must have:
- Past hands-on video editing experience creating performance ads / UGC ads
- Direct experience working on paid ads for D2C or e-commerce brands
- Experience managing or coordinating video editors or creative production teams
- Strong understanding of:
- UGC ad formats
- Hooks, first 3 seconds, CTAs
- Meta / short-form performance creatives
- Comfort working inside project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Notion, etc.)
This role is not for:
- Brand-only creatives
- Aesthetic / cinematic editors
- Social media or organic content managers
Nice to Have
- Agency background (performance marketing or creative ops)
- Experience handling multiple products or brands simultaneously
- Exposure to AI video tools or creative automation workflows

Compensation
- Fixed Salary Range of ₹ 35,000 - ₹ 40,000 in hand + upto 30% performance creative bonus monthly
