Role - Peptide Characterization/Advance Characterization Using HRMS/LC-HRMS/LC/MS

Level - Team Lead Position at Mid / Senior level role

Key Responsibility:

• Handing LC-HRMS, Characterization of Peptides for Small molecules, API in Analytical R&D

Job Profile:-

• Leading Characterization of peptides

  and small molecules with Liquid Chromatography and

  High-resolution mass spectrometry (LC-HRMS, LC-MS/MS)

  for structural elucidation, impurities profiling.

• Managing a team of Peptide / Protein characterization (HRMS)

• Method development and impurity profiling of

  Peptides/Proteins and Impurities characterization using HRMS.

• Spectroscopy (UV-Visible, Circular Dichroism, Spectrofluorometer), Capillary Electrophoresis, and analytical method development, method validation.
• Impurities profiling & characterization of peptides impurities,

  small molecules with LC-HRMS

  and tandem

  mass spectrometry

  .
• Knowledge of liquid

  chromatography, ionization, mass spectrometry

  fundamentals, general analytical chemistry is must for characterization of small and large molecules.
• Method development and method validation for characterization of peptides on spectroscopy (UV-Visible, CD, Fluorescence, etc) and capillary electrophoresis instruments.

Qualifications

• PhD in Analytical chemistry or Analytical Method development with relevant experience.

• 9 - 20 years experience in High-resolution mass spectrometry (LC-HRMS, LC-MS/MS) etc.

• Strong Expertise in LC-HRMS method development is an imp criteria.

• Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills.
• Attention to detail and good judgement.
