PeopleSoft Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and understand PeopleSoft data structures across HCM, FIN, and SCM modules.
  
• Write, optimize, and troubleshoot SQL queries to extract and analyze data.
  
• Perform data migration and transformation tasks.
  
• Use PeopleSoft Query Manager to build queries and reports.
  
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to understand reporting requirements.
  
• Develop reports and dashboards to support HR, Finance, and Supply Chain processes.
  
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reporting solutions.
  
• Support end users in generating ad-hoc reports and resolving reporting issues.
  
• Document processes, queries, and reports for knowledge sharing and governance.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft data structures in HCM, FIN, and SCM.
  
• Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft Query Manager.
  
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and reporting.
  
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
