Peoplesoft Consultant || Technical || Functional - (Time & Labor and Payroll)

As an ideal candidate for this position, you should possess the following qualifications and skills: Experience: You should have proven experience working with PeopleSoft HCM 9.1/9.2, which includes full lifecycle implementations, upgrades, or support projects. Additionally, you should have a strong background in PeopleTools (8.5x or higher), Application Designer, PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQR, and Integration Broker. Technical Proficiency: Your expertise should extend to PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interfaces, BI Publisher, and SQR for custom development. You should also demonstrate a high level of proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL for database querying, performance tuning, and data analysis. Knowledge of integration technologies such as Web Services, REST/SOAP APIs, and File Layouts is essential for this role. Integration Knowledge: A solid understanding of integration points with General Ledger, Benefits, and external systems is required to excel in this position.
