Job Description:
We are looking for a professional with 4 to 10 years of experience and strong functional knowledge of Billing and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Conduct workshops with stakeholders to gather functional requirements. • Prepare functional specifications and design documentation. • Configure Billing and AR modules to align with business processes. • Validate data and test results using SQL and PeopleSoft Query (PS Query). • Support integration with third-party systems and legacy applications. • Develop and execute test scripts for functional and integration testing. • Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams.
