As a Peoplesoft Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the performance of Peoplesoft applications. Your key responsibilities will include: - Administering and maintaining the Peoplesoft application environment for PeopleSoft Tools upgrades - Managing user access and security roles within Peoplesoft, ensuring compliance with internal policies - Collaborating with development teams to support customizations and enhancements to the Peoplesoft applications - Conducting regular backup and recovery operations to safeguard data integrity - Providing technical support and guidance to end-users and stakeholders as needed To excel in this role, you must have: - Strong understanding of Peoplesoft architecture, modules, and tools - Experience with SQL and database management, specifically Oracle or MS SQL Server - Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues Additionally, you should have experience in the following technical skills and relevant technologies: - PeopleTools Upgrade activities - Proficiency in Peoplesoft application administration and support - Strong SQL skills for reporting and data analysis - Experience with application servers, web servers, and database environments Please note that the job location for this role is Noida, Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, Chennai, and Hyderabad, and the mode of work is hybrid.
