Peoplesoft Administrator

We are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Technical Consultant with a strong background in PeopleTools, Finance applications, and administration. The ideal candidate will have practical experience in managing environments, troubleshooting, upgrades, and patching, all while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams. The key responsibilities of this role include: - Demonstrated expertise with PeopleTools 8.49 or above, including PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interface, and Application Packages. - Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft Finance 9.0 or above applications. - Good understanding of SQL/Oracle and FSCM Modules. - Management and troubleshooting of PeopleSoft environments, resolving server and application issues. - Thorough knowledge of PeopleSoft Administration and technical architecture. - Leading PeopleTools upgrade activities. - Collaborating with functional and technical teams for code migrations and deployments. - Ensuring environment availability for end users and conducting post-refresh activities on non-production environments. - Monitoring and troubleshooting Production schedule jobs, PS processes, and reports. - Applying PeopleSoft Quarterly CPU patches, Tax Updates, and other compliance requirements. - Developing and executing backup/restore and disaster recovery strategies for databases. - Utilizing Change Assistant and PUM image concepts for installing updates/fixes and performing upgrades. - Providing clear and effective communication and reporting to stakeholders and team members.
