People Operations Manager

You are Responsible for

Prioritize and select major responsibilities which make a significant impact, and which are directly related to the roles purpose

The broad contours of the role are as follows:

1. Execute the North Star for the People Ops charter as part of People Experience charter for Flipkart
2. Responsible for the metrics and delivery of HR operations across the employee lifecycle of both Full-time employees. This includes the entire employee life cycle management from Offer letter generation to Induction and Onboarding, to leave and benefits administration, to prepare/collate payroll inputs and other employee life cycle activities for our full-time employees (FTE).
3. Background verification and discrepancies management for FTEs and WFTCs
4. Support the process of integration of entities being acquired by Flipkart as part of its growth strategy.
5. Leading a 10+ strong team (Full time and Contract) of motivated and driven resources and responsible for their engagement, development and performance management.
6. Strong vendor management and governance plus invoice processing for vendors in scope
7. Work on projects of organization priorities and display knowledge of various tools like ATS, HRMS etc.
