Your success will be measured primarily on the fulfilment of KPAs.

The ideal candidate will possess ability to think strategically about people and resources of the organization. Working in a dynamic environment, you will also be part of defining people strategy.

• Knowledge in administrative aspects related to People department

• Should have superior communication, presentation and organisational skills.

Location:

This position is based out of Kochi and will require travel.

Basic Qualification:

• MBA in HR from a reputed institution

• Excellent written & oral communication and presentation skills

• The ability to express logically and succinctly

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
