PEOPLE EXPERIENCE/ EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT MANAGER Primarily responsible for enhancing employee satisfaction, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring effective communication between employees and management. Focus on creating an engaging work environment that attracts, retains, and develops talent. Key Responsibilities: Employee Engagement: Design and implement initiatives to boost morale, motivation, and engagement across the organization. Employee Relations Management: Address employee concerns, grievances, and conflicts effectively, ensuring fair and transparent resolution in compliance with company policies. Workplace Culture: Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative work environment aligned with organizational values. Employee Feedback and Surveys: Conduct engagement surveys, analyze data, and develop action plans based on insights. Feedback Collection: Skip/Pulse level meetings, one-on-one discussions wherever required to gauge employee sentiment and gather actionable insights Event Management: Organize employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives. Communication: Act as a bridge between employees and leadership, ensuring transparent and timely communication. Onboarding & Orientation: Enhance onboarding programs to improve new employee experience. Talent Development: Collaborate with HR and management to identify opportunities for employee growth and development. HR Analytics: Use data to track engagement metrics, turnover rates, and employee feedback trends. Policy and Process Improvement: Recommend policies or practices that improve employee experience. Skills & Qualifications: MBA / MSW in HR with relevant employee engagement experience between 8 15 years Proven experience in employee engagement, organizational development roles. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and event management skills. Strong analytical skills and proficiency with HRIS and survey tools. Ability to Build relationships at all levels of the organization. HR professionals who have strong expertise in employee engagement activities alone kindly apply.
