People Data Associate (HR Master Data)

As a People Data Associate at Tetra Pak, your role will be pivotal in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of employee data across all regions in HR Systems. You will be based in the Chakan (Pune) office and report to the Global People Data Operations Manager. You will be responsible for accurately inputting and updating employee data, conducting routine audits to ensure high data quality, and resolving discrepancies. Additionally, you will monitor and process approvals for HR data transactions, collaborate with HR and People Leaders, and support HR processes across multiple countries to ensure compliance with labor laws and policies. - Accurately input and update employee data for new hires, internal transfers, promotions, terminations, and adhoc changes - Conduct routine audits to ensure high data quality and resolve discrepancies - Monitor and process approvals for HR data transactions, ensuring proper authorization and compliance - Collaborate with HR and People Leaders to address incomplete or delayed workflows - Support HR processes across multiple countries, ensuring compliance with regional labor laws and policies - Communicate effectively with regional HR teams and stakeholders to gather necessary documentation and details Qualifications Required: - Full Time University degree/MBA preferred - Prior experience in People Data management, HR Administration, or a similar role preferred - Minimum 3 to 6 years of experience in HR systems - Knowledge in SAP SuccessFactors is an advantage but not mandatory - Fluency in English - Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy - Excellent organizational and time-management skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook) - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work collaboratively in a global, multicultural environment - Highly detail-oriented with a proactive mindset - Adaptable to a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Commitment to confidentiality and handling sensitive employee information responsibly At Tetra Pak, you will have the opportunity to face a variety of exciting challenges with development and training opportunities in a global landscape.
