People, Culture and Operations

As a part of Balance Nutrition, a leading digital health platform operating in 94 countries and catering to over 50,000 clients, we are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a People, Culture, and Operations professional at our Santacruz West location. In this full-time role from Monday to Saturday, between 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, you will play a crucial role in the enhancement of our organizational culture and operational efficiency. Your primary responsibility will revolve around the reconstruction of our People & Culture function. You will collaborate closely with the founders to establish and nurture a robust organizational culture. This role demands a proactive approach towards managing various aspects such as onboarding, induction, training coordination, and employee engagement. Exceptional communication skills and a people-centric mindset will be fundamental to your success in this position. Key Responsibilities: - Efficiently handle end-to-end onboarding and induction procedures - Supervise and manage the training system comprehensively - Maintain accurate employee documentation and issue necessary letters/forms - Liaise with the IT/admin team for seamless employee setup and ongoing support - Plan and execute training sessions while monitoring feedback effectively - Spearhead internal communication strategies and initiatives to foster a strong organizational culture - Collaborate operationally with the founders on all processes and initiatives related to growth To excel in this role, you should possess: - A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity - Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, and Email - Exceptional organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and a proactive approach If you are passionate about building and nurturing a positive, people-oriented culture within a rapidly expanding digital enterprise, we invite you to join our team and contribute to our collective success.,
