Location: Bangalore- Resource needs to do 3day per week RTO from MBP Bangalore office.

Coordinate penetration testing of web applications by liaising with both external testers and internal application owners.

Review and analyze pentest reports, collaborating with product teams to define and track mitigation plans.

Assess vulnerability criticality and work with product teams to prioritize remediation efforts based on risk.

Conduct daily syncs with the Information Security Manager to ensure smooth pentest coordination and progress tracking.

Maintain a comprehensive tracker to monitor completed and pending actions from penetration tests.

Collaborate with product teams to address and remediate vulnerabilities identified through Veracode scans.

Demonstrate strong project management skills to effectively coordinate tasks, manage timelines, and drive security initiatives.

Leverage interpersonal skills to engage and influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Apply foundational software development knowledge to enhance collaboration with technical teams and support integration-related activities.

Over 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on penetration testing coordination, vulnerability management, and cross-functional collaboration.

Based in Bangalore, working in a dynamic environment with cross-regional teams.

Standard working hours: 9:00 AM IST to 6:00 PM IST, ensuring availability for daily coordination and stakeholder engagement.
