As a Senior Application Engineer, you’ll work in an agile environment to design, develop, and deliver cutting-edge CRM applications. You’ll collaborate with a self-organized team to build scalable solutions using Pega’s platform and modern technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop CRM applications using Pega, Java, REST/SOAP services, and ReactJS.
• Follow Pega development best practices and agile methodologies (SCRUM).
• Own components and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Collaborate with product owners to deliver customer-centric solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with a focus on customer empathy.
• Continuously explore and apply new technologies and best practices.

Required Skills

• 4–6 years of software development experience, primarily in Java.
• Strong understanding of OOP, Core Java (Multithreading, Collections, Exception Handling).
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, RDBMS, SQL, and UI technologies (ReactJS, HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Exposure to integration technologies like XML, JSON and Agile/SCRUM development experience.
• Willingness to learn and work on Pega platform
