Senior Java Developer

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level applications using
Java 21
,
Spring Framework
, and
REST/SOAP services
.
Collaborate with large distributed teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
Implement and maintain
unit testing frameworks
and automated testing strategies.
Work on applications deployed in
Kubernetes (k8s)
or
OpenShift
, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
Ensure adherence to
security best practices
throughout the development lifecycle.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across multiple domains.
Maintain documentation and provide technical guidance to junior developers.

Required Skills:

Complex Information Systems:
7+ years of experience, including 5+ years in Java development with Spring and REST services.
Distributed Team Collaboration:
Proven experience working with large, cross-functional teams.
Java & Frameworks:
Proficiency in
Java 21
,
Spring Framework
, and
REST/SOAP services
.
Testing Expertise:
Extensive experience with
unit testing frameworks
and automated testing approaches.
Containerization & Orchestration:
2+ years of hands-on experience with
Kubernetes (GKE, EKS, AKS)
or
RedHat OpenShift
for containerized microservices.

Nice to Have:

Strong background in
security best practices
.
Good knowledge of
Kubernetes ecosystem
beyond deployment.
Familiarity with
CI/CD pipelines
and DevOps practices.
Experience in
microservices architecture
