Pega CSSA Certification and Pega Decisioning Consultant Experience in Pega CDH 8.X or higher versions,NBAD framework Proven track record of delivering hyper-personalized solutions using NBA strategies across inbound and outbound channels in both batch and real-time mode Hands-on experience with Pega CDH components like ADM, DSM, Value Finder, Customer Profiler, etc. Proficiency in SQL, JSON, real-time decisioning, and object-oriented programming principles. Translate business requirements into decisioning logic, including Next-Best-Action (NBA) strategies, engagement policies, and offer flows. Good understanding and experience in Digital applications, and Business Functions Strong analytical skills with the ability to summarize data into actionable insights.
