A reviewExperience: 8+ years (Relevant in Pega Decisioning)

Work Location: Offshore - Pune/Hyderabad

Must Have:

Pega Lead Decisioning Architect Certification (CLDA)
Banking Domain Knowledge and NBAD Migration.

Good to have:

Experience in Pega Infinity version and latest pega features.

Responsibilities:

Provide consultancy and guide the application team for recommended and optimal solution related to decisioning.
Provide consultancy and review NBAD migration including context setting,
Review to advise on 1:1 operation model & BOE system setup is required.
Provide recommendation/ Share best practices based on existing Pega decision making to ensure the compatibility and performance.
Provide consultancy and review on Parallel run and Cutover support by Channels.
Review performance issues and provide solutions and guide team to implement the solutions.

Soft Skills:

Good Verbal and communication skills
Flexible to overlap partial client working hours in Hong Kong.
Experienced working in virtual team environments.
Excellent interpersonal skills interacting effectively with the business and provide consultancy and guide the team for solution.
