Job Title: Lead Business Architect (LBA) Pega

Location: Hyderabad, India

Experience: 7 – 8 years

We are looking for a seasoned Pega Business Architect with 7–8 years of experience to support a large-scale transformation program. This role requires strong analytical thinking, thought leadership, and the ability to translate complex business needs into functional solutions using the Pega platform. The candidate will play a key role in requirements gathering and documentation, and act as a liaison between business and technical teams in a Scaled Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

1.     Collaborate with Product Owners to gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements in Azure DevOps (ADO).

2.     Translate requirements into functional specifications aligned with Pega best practices.

3.     Contribute to solution design discussions and process improvements.

4.     Provide thought leadership in business architecture, driving clarity in complex transformation scenarios.

5.     Support development and testing throughout the implementation lifecycle.

6.     Participate actively in PI planning, sprint ceremonies, and Agile rituals as part of a SAFe delivery model.

7.     Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical delivery.

Requirements

1.     7–8 years of experience as a Pega Business Architect in enterprise environments.

2.     Experience with large transformation projects and working in cross-functional teams.

3.     Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.

4.     Demonstrated thought leadership in process analysis and solution architecture.

5.     Familiarity with Scaled Agile (SAFe) methodologies.

6.     Proficient in using Azure DevOps (ADO) for managing requirements and documentation.

7.     Pega BA certification is a mandatory.
