About the Role:

CSA/CSSA certification

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement applications on the
Pega platform
.
Work with case management, workflows, UI components, and data integration in Pega.
Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, and technical discussions.
Optimize Pega applications for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
Conduct unit testing, debugging, and support deployment activities.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Ensure adherence to Pega guardrails and coding standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

5-6 years of hands-on experience in
Pega development
.
CSA (Certified System Architect)
or
CSSA (Certified Senior System Architect)
certification is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of Pega PRPC, case types, data pages, activities, flows, and decision rules.
Experience with integrations (SOAP/REST), connectors, and data modeling.
Good understanding of BPM concepts and SDLC processes.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills.

Good to Have

Experience with Pega frameworks (PEGA CRM, Decisioning, Customer Service).
Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies.
Experience in production support or performance tuning.
