Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities : Design, develop, test, and deploy Pega applications using CSA (Customer Service Assistant) framework. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions on time. Troubleshoot issues related to Pega application performance, data integrity, and user experience. Ensure compliance with industry standards for security, scalability, and maintainability. Job Requirements : 6-9 years of experience in developing Pega applications using CSA framework. Strong understanding of Pega PRPC (Pega Platform Rules & Process Controls) concepts. Experience working on large-scale projects involving complex business processes integration with technology platforms.
