• Should have at least CSSA certification (Ideally on 24.2 version or more)• Extensive Exposure with Pega BPM• Must have extensively worked on Pega development especially with Case Management• Hands on exposure & has implemented rules like Data Pages, Report Definitions, Data Transforms, SLAs, Decisioning, and Agents.• Basic Pega knowledge like flows, sections, activities, reports, integration, agents, deployments• Must have worked on at least one Smart BPM project lifecycle.• Good Integration experience (Likes of REST JSON)• Good to have UI experience• Basic Knowledge of Java Apps would be Add-on
