Job Title: Senior Pega Developer Locations: Bangalore & Gurgaon Experience Required: 6 to 9 Years Employment Type: Full-time Work Mode: Onsite Job Summary: We are hiring a Senior Pega Developer with 6 to 9 years of experience in designing and implementing robust Pega applications. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in Pega PRPC, case management, and system integrations, along with the ability to mentor junior developers and contribute to solution architecture. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement complex business workflows and rules using Pega PRPC (v7.x/8.x) . Translate business requirements into technical solutions with high reliability and performance. Lead the development of Pega applications, ensuring adherence to guardrails and coding best practices. Develop and maintain reusable components, frameworks, and templates. Integrate Pega solutions with external systems using REST, SOAP, and other connectors. Perform code reviews, unit testing, and support application deployment. Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, QA, and other teams to deliver quality solutions. Mentor junior team members and support knowledge sharing within the team. Required Skills: 69 years of strong experience in Pega PRPC development . Solid understanding of case types, flows, activities, decision tables, data pages , and UI rules . Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP integrations , authentication protocols (OAuth/SAML), and service-level agreements. Experience in application tuning, troubleshooting , and performance optimization . Familiarity with Java, JavaScript, SQL , and web technologies is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: Pega CSSA (Certified Senior System Architect) certification (mandatory/preferred). Experience with DevOps practices, version control (Git), and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins). Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development methodologies. Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS , Azure , or Pega Cloud . Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Excellent verbal and written communication. Team leadership and mentorship capabilities. Ability to work under minimal supervision and deliver on time.
