We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pega Senior System Architect (SSA) to join our healthcare domain project team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Pega PRPC, with a proven track record of implementing payment integration solutions in healthcare applications. This is a critical offshore role that requires deep technical expertise, solution design capabilities, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

•                  Design and develop Pega applications with a focus on payment workflows and integration in the healthcare domain.
•                  Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand payment-related requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
•                  Implement and optimize payment gateway integrations, transaction processing, and reconciliation workflows.
•                  Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and data security standards in payment processing.
•                  Lead offshore development efforts, mentor junior developers, and ensure adherence to best practices.
•                  Perform code reviews, unit testing, and support system integration testing.
•                  Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to payment modules and Pega components.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

•                  Minimum 6+ years of experience in Pega PRPC development.
•                  Certified Pega Senior System Architect (SSA).
•                  Strong experience in any payment integration framework (e.g., payment gateways, APIs, transaction processing).
•                  Domain expertise in US healthcare systems, especially claims, billing, or provider/patient payment flows.
•                  Proficient in Pega integration capabilities (SOAP/REST services, connectors, etc.).
•                  Good understanding of security protocols and compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA, PCI-DSS).
•                  Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
•                  Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

•                  Experience with cloud deployments (AWS) and DevOps tools.
•                  Familiarity with  Healthcare standards and healthcare data formats.
