We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Pega Customer Service (Pega CS) Architect to join our growing team. This role will be instrumental in designing, developing, and implementing robust and scalable Pega CS solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in Pega CS, coupled with strong functional consulting skills and a proven track record of delivering successful projects. This role requires a minimum of 8-10 years of experience. Required Skills and Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in Pega development, with a strong focus on Pega CS. Deep understanding of Pega architecture, including PRPC, Pega Platform, and Pega CS frameworks. Proven experience in designing and implementing complex Pega CS solutions, preferably for large, complex organizations. Expertise in Pega rules, flows, activities, data models, and UI development. Experience with Pega integration services, including REST, SOAP, and JMS. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines. Pega Certified System Architect (CSA) certification / Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) certification is preferred. Experience with other CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Siebel) is a plus. Experience working within a highly regulated environment is a plus. Experience with Apples ecosystem and technologies is a significant advantage. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with Apple stakeholders. Location: Remote, India Shift: 2 PM to 11 PM Joining: Immediate to 15 days
