Pega CDH Developer

The role of a Pega CDH Developer involves developing Pega decisioning constructs to implement new marketing campaigns, real-time decisioning modules, and providing post-implementation support. You should have at least 6 years of experience in Pega Decisioning and marketing, along with expertise in Pega PRPC Version 8.x/7.x Development and integration. It is essential to hold certifications like PEGA Certified Senior System Architect, PEGA Certified Decisioning Consultant, and PEGA Certified System Architect. Your responsibilities will include developing new/existing strategies, upgrades, and technical improvements, providing L3 support when required based on agreed SLAs, preparing packages and installations, finding technical improvements, and applying best practices. You will also be expected to enhance the technical performance of the application, align internally on solutions, optimize DB queries, and make strategies and campaigns highly configurable for frequent changes post-production installation. Moreover, you should have a solid experience in PEGA Customer Decision Hub in the Telecom industry for a minimum of 3 years, knowledge of integration protocols such as REST-JSON, SOAP-XML, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues. Proficiency in Oracle, Cassandra, SQL at the developer level, ETL, Java, JSP, J2EE, XML, and EJB is required. You must be capable of implementing rules, building low-level designs, and have experience in implementing Pega Decisioning rules, strategies, engagement policies, constraints, and channel configuration. In addition, you should possess knowledge of data flows, segmentation, AI concepts, and experience in implementing changes to these modules. Your role will also involve developing, monitoring, and troubleshooting batch campaigns, resolving complex production issues, coordinating with operations and testing teams, providing defect fixes and bug fixes, as well as building and unit testing application components. Your tasks may also include managing development activities, performing peer reviews, escalating technical issues, estimating effort for stories and tasks, and actively participating in team ceremonies and meetings.
