Job Role : Pega CDH Developer

Experience Range : 6-11 Years

Location : Hyderabad

Notice Period : 0 - 90 Days

Must Have

Experience in Pega Decisioning and Marketing.
Experience in implementing Pega Decisioning rules, Strategies, engagement policies, constraints, and channel configuration.
Deep understanding of contact strategy, customer life cycle , Campaign Management (Up sell, Cross sell, Retention, etc)
Implement Pegas marketing solution, with a focus on outbound, inbound and real-time interactions etc.
Working technical knowledge of integration (SOAP & REST) strategies, including web services.
Create marketing campaign functional requirements (such as segment identification, campaign steps, control groups, and contact frequencies).
Decisioning rules, declarative rules, Flows, Activates and Agents, file listeners.
Experience with PDC and Log Analyzer. Knowledge on Kibana added advantage.
Experience with JIRA preferred. • Experience with Incident management, performance tuning.
