Role: Pega CDH Developer / Senior Decisioning Architect
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement solutions using Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH).
Build and optimize Next-Best-Action (NBA) strategies across inbound, outbound, and real-time channels.
Develop decision strategies, engagement policies, arbitration logic, and predictive/adaptive models.
Configure Interaction History (IH), Data Flows, Strategies, Propositions, and Segments.
Integrate CDH with enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, Kafka, or other integration patterns.
Collaborate with business teams to translate requirements into scalable CDH solutions.
Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and ensure adherence to Pega best practices.
