Pega Business Architect

Greetings from Teknikoz! We are seeking a highly experienced Pega Business Architect with over 8 years of experience to join our team and contribute to a large-scale transformation program. In this role, you will be responsible for leveraging your strong analytical skills and thought leadership to translate complex business requirements into functional solutions using the Pega platform. You will play a crucial role in requirements gathering, documentation, and bridging the gap between business and technical teams in a Scaled Agile environment. The ideal candidate should have at least 7-8 years of experience as a Pega Business Architect in enterprise settings. Experience in handling large transformation projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and possessing strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset are essential. Demonstrated expertise in process analysis, solution architecture, familiarity with Scaled Agile SAFe methodologies, and proficiency in using Azure DevOps (ADO) for managing requirements and documentation are key requirements. A Pega BA certification is mandatory for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with Product Owners to gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements in Azure DevOps (ADO). - Translate requirements into functional specifications that adhere to Pega best practices. - Contribute to solution design discussions and drive process improvements. - Provide thought leadership in business architecture to bring clarity to complex transformation scenarios. - Support development and testing activities throughout the implementation lifecycle. - Actively participate in PI planning, sprint ceremonies, and Agile rituals as part of a SAFe delivery model. - Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical delivery to drive successful outcomes.
