Job Description: As a Pega Lead Decisioning Architect with 8+ years of experience, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and developing decisioning solutions to meet the clients" business requirements. Your role will involve assessing decisioning capabilities, establishing or expanding the technical platform to enable and support multi-channel and interactive customer decisioning strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the planning and implementation of decisioning initiatives - Support business requirements gathering and documentation development - Provide consultation, communication, and training to the team and users - Own and lead the design and development work for Pega decisioning/Marketing projects - Review logic requirements with the client - Design decisioning logic - Build and test decision logic rules - Execute dynamic campaigns - Participate in change management activities - Conduct performance monitoring and tuning to ensure optimal functionality of decisioning solutions Qualifications Required: - 8+ years of experience as a Pega Lead Decisioning Architect - Proficiency in designing and implementing decisioning solutions - Strong understanding of multi-channel and interactive customer decisioning strategies - Ability to gather and document business requirements - Excellent communication and training skills - Experience in conducting performance monitoring and tuning - Knowledge of Pega decisioning/Marketing projects is a plus,
