Role Overview: As a Pega Lead Decisioning Architect with 8+ years of experience, your primary responsibility will be designing, implementing, and developing decisioning solutions to meet the clients" business requirements. You will assess decisioning capabilities and expand the technical platform to enable multi-channel and interactive customer decisioning strategies. Your role involves leading the planning and implementation of decisioning initiatives, supporting business requirements gathering, and providing consultation, communication, and training to the team and users. You will own and lead the design and development work for Pega decisioning/Marketing projects. Key Responsibilities: - Review logic requirements with the client and design decisioning logic - Build and test decision logic rules and dynamic campaign execution - Participate in change management activities - Conduct performance monitoring and tuning to ensure optimal functionality of decisioning solutions Qualification Required: - 8+ years of experience as a Pega Lead Decisioning Architect - Strong expertise in designing and implementing decisioning solutions - Proficient in assessing decisioning capabilities and expanding technical platforms - Excellent communication and consultation skills - Experience in providing training to teams and users - Knowledge of Pega decisioning/Marketing projects is preferred.,
