Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement

  Pega-based applications and solutions

  .
• Work on

  Pega Decisioning and Automation

  to optimize business processes.
• Develop and integrate

  REST APIs

  to enhance system connectivity.
• Implement

  Kafka-based event-driven architectures

  for scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver

  robust Pega solutions

  .
• Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure adherence to

  Pega best practices, coding standards, and guardrails

  .
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve

  Pega application performance issues

  .
• Work with

  Pega Cloud

  environments for deployment and maintenance (preferred).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years

  of experience in

  Pega application development

  .
• Strong expertise in

  Pega PRPC (Pega Rules Process Commander)

  .
• Experience with

  Pega Decisioning and Automation

  .
• Proficiency in

  REST APIs, Kafka, and integration services

  .
• Working experience with

  Pega Lead Solutions Architecture

  is a plus.
• Knowledge of

  Pega Cloud

  is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Pega certifications (CSSA, CLSA) are preferred.
