Position: Performance Marketing Executive

Experience: Minimum 1 year (Real Estate experience preferred)

Location: Sector 66, Gurgaon

Only immediate joiners preferred

Key Responsibilities:

•Plan and execute paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and other digital platforms.

•Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI, lead quality, and cost efficiency.

•Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools.

•Collaborate with the sales and creative team to align campaigns with business goals.

• Manage ad creatives, audience targeting, and budgets effectively.

•Stay updated with the latest trends and tools in digital marketing.

Requirements:

•Proven experience in performance marketing (Google & Meta Ads mandatory).

•Strong understanding of CPC, CPA, CTR, and lead generation metrics.

•Hands-on experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.).

•Real estate campaign experience will be an added advantage.
