Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a PEB Checker, located in Pune. The PEB Checker will be responsible for reviewing and ensuring the accuracy of structural designs, detailed drawings, and specifications. The day-to-day tasks include checking the precision of steel detailing, verifying compliance with project requirements, and using software tools to detect and rectify any errors. The role also involves collaborating with the design team to ensure that all structural elements meet the necessary standards and are delivered within the stipulated timelines.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in using software tools such as TEKLA, AutoCAD, and SDS/2
• Experience in checking and detailing elements like beams, columns, staircases, handrails, and wall panels
• Knowledge of international codes such as Euro Codes, British codes, AISC, ASCE, ACI, and IBC
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred
