PDI SUPERVISOR

You will be responsible for managing the overall process of functional and visual inspection of vehicles before dispatch. This includes ensuring stringent checks and inspections are conducted, which also includes thorough cleaning and washing of the vehicles. Your duties will involve inspecting all completed work, ensuring proper documentation of all work, and reporting any deviations to the Manager. Additionally, you will be required to test-drive the vehicles to ensure they are operating as designed. As part of your role, you will need to perform in-process testing and inspection to ensure that parts and assemblies meet production specifications and standards. You will also be responsible for inspecting assemblies and sub-assemblies for quality before proceeding to the next step in the procedure. Thoroughly inspecting all finished products following a standardized checklist will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. You will also need to maintain records and report any defects, non-conformance, or substandard conditions identified during the inspection process. Furthermore, you will be responsible for training, motivating, and coordinating employees to work safely, efficiently, and to exceptional quality standards. Your role will require ensuring that all employees adhere to the specified quality standards and procedures in place. To be eligible for this position, you should have a graduation degree (any discipline) and possess a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role. Your experience should demonstrate your ability to effectively manage the inspection process, maintain quality standards, and ensure compliance with procedures and specifications.,
