Job Overview As a PDI Manager, you will oversee the Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) process within a retail environment, ensuring that all products meet quality standards before reaching customers. Duties Manage and coordinate the PDI process for various products Conduct inventory control to track product availability Interview, hire, and train new team members Utilize math skills for inventory management and financial tracking Provide exceptional customer service during the inspection process Implement shift management strategies to optimize workflow Supervise and lead a team in performing inspections Conduct employee orientation and training sessions Utilize retail management techniques to enhance operations Qualifications Experience in inventory control and retail management is preferred Strong interviewing and team management skills Proficiency in math for inventory tracking and financial calculations Previous experience in a grocery store or retail setting is beneficial Excellent customer service and supervising abilities Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month Schedule: Morning shift Work Location: In person
