Job Description

Job Overview As a Service Advisor, you will be a key point of contact for customers requiring automotive maintenance or repairs. Your role involves assessing vehicle issues, recommending services, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process. Duties Communicate with customers to understand their vehicle concerns and service needs Provide accurate estimates for repairs or maintenance services Schedule appointments and manage service timelines efficiently Liaise with the automotive technicians to ensure timely completion of work Explain recommended services and repairs to customers in a clear and understandable manner Upsell additional services or products that may benefit the customer's vehicle Handle cash transactions and process payments securely Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, services provided, and vehicle history Requirements Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance procedures Experience in brake repair, oil changes, transmission services, suspension work, and other automotive services Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members Proficiency in upselling automotive services or products Previous experience in an automotive service or sales role is advantageous Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
