PDI Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the complete Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) process for new vehicles before customer delivery.
• Ensure all technical, quality, and safety standards prescribed by Maruti Suzuki are followed during the PDI process.
• Supervise and coordinate the PDI team, including technicians, final inspectors, and support staff.
• Maintain daily PDI records, reports, and vehicle readiness status.
• Ensure proper vehicle washing, cleaning, accessorizing, and final touch-ups as per delivery schedule.
• Monitor and ensure timely rectification of any defects identified during PDI.
• Coordinate with the Sales and Service teams to plan vehicle deliveries and manage workflow.
• Conduct regular quality audits and checks on PDI processes to maintain operational standards.
• Manage PDI inventory, tools, and equipment maintenance.
• Train and guide the PDI team for process improvements and safety compliance.
• Liaise with the workshop and body shop for any additional repairs or approvals required.

• Experienced Technician (with minimum 4 years of automotive workshop experience)

Experience:

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in automotive dealership workshop operations, with exposure to PDI, quality control, or workshop supervision.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
