Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented PD Assistant to support the Senior Merchandiser in product development activities. The role involves coordinating with design, sampling, production, and vendor teams to ensure timely and accurate development of jewellery collections.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Senior Merchandiser in end-to-end product development activities.
Coordinate with designers to gather specifications, CADs, and technical details.
Monitor sampling stages and ensure samples are delivered as per timelines.
Maintain product specification sheets, BOMs, and costing details.
Conduct market research and support in trend analysis for new collections.
Prepare and update PD trackers, SKU lists, and MIS reports.
Work closely with vendors and manufacturing teams for follow-ups and approvals.
Ensure quality checks during sampling and highlight deviations.
Support in creating mood boards, design briefs, and collection concepts.
Assist in preparing presentations for internal meetings and buyer reviews.
Maintain documentation and product data for easy retrieval and tracking.
