Ltd. is The best English English Language training institute in East Delhi Job Summary : We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Spoken English Trainer to join our team. The trainer will be responsible for improving students' English communication skills, fluency, pronunciation, and confidence through interactive teaching methods. Key Responsibilities : Conducting Spoken English Classes: Deliver engaging and interactive English speaking sessions. Focus on fluency, pronunciation, vocabulary, and grammar. Use real-life conversations, role-plays, and group discussions. Curriculum Development & Lesson Planning: Design structured lesson plans as per CEA’s guidelines. Prepare study materials, activities, and assessments. Student Assessment & Feedback: Evaluate students' progress through tests and speaking exercises. Provide constructive feedback for improvement. Classroom Management: Maintain a positive and motivating learning environment. Ensure student participation and discipline. Use of Teaching Aids & Technology: Incorporate audio-visual tools, presentations, and language apps. Conduct online sessions if required. Communication with Management: Report on student performance and attendance. Participate in faculty meetings and training sessions. Credentials & Background: Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in English, Education, or related field. A Bachelor’s degree in any of the following fields - English, Linguistics, Education, or a related area - would be ideal. Possessing a TESOL/TEFL certification would be considered an added advantage. Having previous experience teaching spoken English is strongly preferred. Language Proficiency: Fluent in spoken and written English at a native or near-native level.
