Job Description

As a Relationship Manager, your role is to offer a superior customer experience to enhance profitability by increasing relationship size, cross-selling the right products, acquiring family accounts, retaining, and enhancing relationships. You will be the one-point contact for all financial needs and services, aiming to enhance current relationship value and wallet share for increased profitability. Key Responsibilities: - Liaise with branch staff to identify eligible customers from the HNW portfolio - Acquire new customers meeting product criteria - Regularly interact with customers to build rapport, update profiles, and understand their needs - Enhance the overall value and book size of the portfolio - Maintain portfolio quality and hygiene parameters - Cross-sell bank products based on customer needs - Conduct joint calls with the Supervisor as per defined process - Offer advisory services as per customer requirements - Achieve monthly and yearly revenue targets - Control customer attrition Operations, Marketing & Processes: - Ensure adherence to KYC/AML norms at all times - Maintain workstation norms - Look for cross-selling opportunities to increase wallet share - Conduct sales to family members and associates - Reach optimal levels of income generation - Increase product penetration and contribution towards focused products Customer Service: - Deliver quality customer service resolving queries and complaints within TAT - Keep customers informed about regulatory or process changes - Communicate timely on customer requests and concerns - Manage complaints proactively through customer feedback - Promote direct banking channels for customer utilization - Ensure a smooth handover/takeover of the portfolio Qualifications Required: - Sales and Influencing Skills - Banking Product & Process Knowledge - NRI Product and Regulatory Knowledge - Planning and Organizing Skills - Good Communication Skills - Knowledge of Competition & Current Trends in Financial Industry - IRDA Certification - NCFM Certification (Optional) - Exposure to Portfolio Management segment Please note: No additional details about the company were provided in the job description.
