Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs) and Non-Resident Indians (NRIs) for wealth management services.
  • Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research to expand the client base.
  • Develop strong relationships with existing clients to increase sales revenue from current accounts, saving accounts, retail sales, B2C sales, field sales, branch sales.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and issues related to banking products such as insurance policies.
  • Meet or exceed monthly targets set by the organization for cross-selling various financial products.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 3-7 years of experience in BFSI industry with expertise in HNI/NRI segment handling.
  • Strong understanding of current & savings account products offered by banks.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with high net worth individuals.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets consistently over time.
