Job Description

Job Profile:

End-to-end payroll processing on a monthly basis.
Maintain and update employee master data in the payroll system.
Process payments for contractual staff/vendors as per agreed terms and timelines.
Process salary revisions, arrears, full & final settlements, and reimbursements.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, TDS, and other applicable labour laws.
Prepare and submit monthly/quarterly/annual statutory returns and challans (PF, ESIC, PT, etc.).
Coordinate with Finance for payroll disbursement and reconciliation.
Handle payroll-related employee queries and provide resolutions in a timely manner.
Maintain payroll MIS reports (headcount, salary cost, variance reports, etc.) for management.
Ensure confidentiality of payroll data and adhere to company data protection policies.

Company Profile:

MBA in HR, or related field.
3 to 5 years of experience in payroll processing and statutory compliance.

Experience in [Industry/ERP/Payroll Software] will be an added advantage.
