Payroll Specialist / Accounting

Job Title: Payroll Specialist – Driver Mileage & Pay Calculation

Job Responsibilities:

• Accurately calculate driver payroll based on miles driven, stops made, hours worked, and other pay variables
• Review and verify driver logs, trip sheets, and timesheets for accuracy and compliance
• Process weekly/bi-weekly payroll in a timely and confidential manner
• Track and calculate additional pay such as layover, detention, bonuses, and reimbursements
• Work closely with dispatch and fleet managers to ensure all mileage and hours are correctly recorded
• Maintain detailed payroll records and reports for auditing and compliance purposes
• Handle payroll adjustments and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to driver pay
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll in a professional and timely manner

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹19,463.47 - ₹30,000.00 per month
